No advertising for or hyperlink to any commercial credit reporting site should be permitted on the www.annualcreditreport.com site. Any commercial credit reporting service that uses the word "free" as part of its service name in any form of advertising should be required to include as a prominent part of such advertising a statement that the services provided are not "free" except as required by law with a reference or hyperlink to the www.annualcreditreport.com site or applicable mail address.
