I am currently involved in a dispute with an on-line company styling itself as "Intelius" which claims to offer free credit reports as part of a package of services. This company "skims" your credit card number when you use one of their services, and then uses it to bill you for a number of other services. Attempting to contact this company to STOP their charges is fruitless. I don't know how I will fare in my attempt to stop Intelius -- but I certainly applaud the FTC's efforts to rein in companies like this. Thank you for your efforts on behalf of consumers. Curtis J.
