Absolutely agree with your proposed changes. Would also like to see credit score provided free twice per year - all lenders use FICO and Beacon scores exclusively and consumers cannot accurately guess their scores. A free credit report is a must, but a free credit report plus release of FICO score would truly serve the public interest.
