Comments:I applied for free credit reports from the three main Credit reporting companies. I used my debit card which they quickly deducted four dollars from my account.I still haven't received any credit report, and it is impossible to e-mail them to find out what the problem is as to why they haven't sent me the reports. You try to get these people on the phone, and all you get is, push this number for this dept., push that number for another dept., etc, etc, etc. All you get is this rediculus run around. If I ask for a free credit report on line, I feel that they should e-mail one to me. As far as I can tell, this is false advertising. I'm so disgusted with the way things are being run, that I really don't expect to hear anything from your office either. GWB..
