I understand that one of the proposed changes is that other companies like freecreditreport.com would have to send customers to a landing page that reads, "This is not the free credit report provided for by federal law." I think this would be overstepping your bounds into the web site of a private company. They should be free to call their website whatever they wish and offer whatever services they may without having to carry a silly government warning.
