American citizens residing overseas are unable to access annualcreditreport.com because it will only service ISPs domiciled in the US. It is easy for criminals to spoof an US ISP, but for working Americans it is a pointless hassle. American expats, perhaps more than any other group, are relatively dependent on internet access to their US credit reports. FTC should make it a priority to see that Americans overseas can readily avail themselves of the services at annualcreditreport.com
