I would like to see all solicitation for additional services delayed until after the report is obtained. Also, I would like to see improved handling in the case of people who have frozen their credit. Indicate directly next to the list of credit bureaus, as to which companies require paper filing for people who have frozen their credit. Then, be sure the form for paper filing includes space for credit freeze PIN, etc (As of 2008, the paper form did not include space for a credit freeze PIN, resulting in a rejected filing).
