I agree with all the proposed rules changes. Additionally, I suggest you make it mandatory to reveal what each service lists as your "credit score". The report without the score is fairly useless. Also, there needs to be a better system for discovering that damaging information has been added to your report. I propose that each service allow users to sign up to be notified when such information is added and given a 90-day window to respond and/or dispute the addition of negative information.
