Comments:I will make this as brief as possible. Whenever I[attempt] obtain my free annual credit report from annualcreditreport.com, I am always plagued with errors. The Experian credit report shows up just fine after trying to sell me a useless(non-FICO) credit score and credit monitoring, using tricky tactics like making the button to sign up for credit monitoring prominent and colorful, while the button for the free annual report is lower on the screen and grayed out. The Equifax credit report never works for me online- I always get an error asking me to call them- their support line is useless and all they want to do is sign me up for "Credit Watch Gold," even thought my online account with them is non-functional. Please note I don't have a thin file, nor do I have a fraud alert, security freeze, etc. TransUnion is by far the worse- they force you to create an account with them. In my most recent attempt to obtain a free annual report from them, they claimed my account was locked out. When I called, the technical support was useless and was unable to fix my account.
