I think the AnnualCreditReport.com web site should contain absolutely NO advertising whatsoever. In January, I tried to claim my free credit reports from AnnualCreditReport.com and soon gave up after passing several advertisement pages which led me to believe I was going to be billed for something. The site should be as simple as possible with no ads or unnecessary links. Also the credit bureaus should not be able to send any advertising mail to you after getting your free report.
