My free report would not be available until Sept 2005 under your present schedule. That is too long to wait for that report. Please shorten the delay time. Once a program is established I think six months total is sufficient. Also, I would like that the Regulation be amended to require that any individual be provided a copy of any report provided by the issuing agency. That report should indicate what was reported and to whom was the report provided. I would be willing to pay the cost of reproduction and mailing. Thank you.
