I want to thank the FTC for this effort. As a taxpayer, this is a true "value add" to me. Not only is this responsible legislation to address the growing Identity Theft issue, it is also consumer focused as many citizens continue to see their debt increase. For those who want to stem the tide, a free credit report once a year allows for turning debt reduction into a plan that can be measured. This is good work. Thank you.
