Currently, if you try to contact any of the National Credit Bureaus, you cannot reach a person. I would like to see this option added to the Rule. Additionally, I would like to find out if research was done on which areas of the Country have been most affected by Identity Theft, and if the schedule proposed for each Region was established on that criteria. If not I think the schedule should be revised accordingly. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
