The use of facial recognition technology is violative of the privacy penumbra embraced in the Fourth, 9th and 10th amemdments to the U.S. Constitution. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons... and effects...". This phrase tells us the founding fathers never intended on allowing government to engage in window peeping or snooping on either people or their personal items, using either the naked eye or technology. Please uphold the highest law of the land and do not endorse or support the use of such technology by any governmental entity or supporting organization, especially if they are using any taxpayer funding at all. Unless of course, you are proud of working for the destruction of the U.S. constitutional form of government and wish to promote anarchy and treason by our government!
