Submission Text
1. Facebook should be required to fully explain all privacy options to all users. Not just information that users may see if they 'click' on a box [which most won't do - have you ever read a User Agreement?] but rather full explanations that all users MUST view and provide responses to show the material was read and understood.
2. The default on EVERY privacy setting must be the most restrictive setting possible. All options for less restrictive choices must be 'Opt IN'.
