My research and expertise in the area of DRM focus on the intersection of contract law, DRM and information security. For your consideration, I attach my recent article published in Washington University Law Review entitled 'Technoconsen(t)sus,' which analyzes consumer consent in the context of security-invasive DRM technologies.
