<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>i think this is a holdover from bush corruption when all kinds of polluters got away with it. i believe this alleged settlement should now go to obama people for their change investigation since dow is a known terrible polluter in america and needs to get a stiff enough fine to show that they  understand there is change i nthe air and that the american people are tired of being poisoned to death by their products, w hich are very unsafe. that i smy opinion. i would not put anything through that was done under the corruption of the bush cheney regime. we need to take a fresh look at this and fine  higher for polluters. we want a clean world. </body></html>
