The proposed "settlement" in case against DesignerWare and their clients should be rejected. Your report on the settlement mentions specific laws that have been broken and severe invasions of privacy, and yet you are just telling them to "stop it". This is completely unacceptable, does nothing to discourage this sort of behavior, and only makes it clear that the law does not corporations because there is no penalty for them when they break it. If a real person, as opposed to a "corporate" person committed these acts, I doubt the legal system would go so easy on them.
