I disagree with the proposed changes and hope you won't go through with them. You should continue to take "enforcement actions" against collection agencies for violating section 805(b) of the FDCPA. I have always been responsible and currently have no debt. It would be unfair for me to be contacted (or bothered) by collection agencies over debt that I am not responsible for.
