1. must notify who they call, who they are, what they are calling about, what the intention of the call is for, that they are not required to pay the debt if it is not theirs, and all the good wording needed to inform the person they called, that this call is necessary to see if they can pay the debt, this way people can make an informed decision as to how to proceed in the matter.
