As our society moves to the mobile environment and many individuals no longer have land lines; it is important to find ways to communicate with these individuals. By allowing cost effective automated calling firms can increase the possibility of contact.
I have spoken with many firms who if they cannot call the the debtor and reach the debtor in a timely manner and they have shown due diligence they have no recourse but to file suit. This is cumbersome for all parties.
Please look at the regulations in the context of the times we live in.
