<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>Many industry representatives attempted to create a record that they do not favor defaults and attempt to avoid them. The attached Complaint in my view demonstrates a debt buyer's business model designed to prevent consumer requests for verification of the debt, or, to use the industry term, the avoidance of having to produce "media" verifying the debt by a consumer who makes a timely request in writing for verification.
