Comments:I have been trying desperately to get out of the PayDay Loan cycle. I have enlisted the help of a company called PayDay Loan Help. I have cancelled all the ACH's that these loan companies have on my account and will be paying them back with PayDay Loan Help. I have faxed and mailed all the companies that I have loans with the information from PDLH stating that I will be paying them back. However, Us Fast Cash that I have a loan with, got impatient and when their ACH was blocked they did a paper transfer out of my bank account and now I can't get the bank to put the money back. The bank says that if I gave this company my account info they can take money out whenever and however they want. This has got to be wrong on so many levels but I am helpless to fight against the banking system. I have asked to file a form that states that I did not authorize US Fast Cash to take this money out and the bank refuses to allow me to do so. Is there any protection for consumers that have found themselves in this mess???
