Comments:
The consumer has been forced into this credit report / credit score system. This system exists for the benefit of banks. The consumer should not have to pay anything to go to a website to see their credit report or their credit score. This should be a freebie. If hardcopy is desired or period notifications, perhaps a small fee is justified. But to look at a database that already exists should be FREE. This should not be something like ATM fees where the banks create something for their advantage and to reduce their costs and then charge the consumer for it! All three agencies should make reports available to the consumer and the credit scores also for FREE.
