The three credit-reporting companies already make money selling personal information about me. These companies have incredible power over my life, and if I want to borrow money, buy a new car, rent an apartment, their report determines whether I can. They keep this FICO score on me, as well. Why should I have to pay these companies annually, even a small fee of $4 to each ($12 total) to get information about myself that could affect anything I do? They make money selling my information to others and then selling it me, too. I consider that a racket. Please allow us a free credit score with the free annual report. Thank you.
