Dear Ladies and Gentlemen: The Credit Score should be FREE for downloading from the internet. Printing that downloaded file should be FREE also. A person should also have the option of ordering a printed version to be mailed to him/her. Ordering options should be by telephone (preferably a toll-free number), by mail, or via the internet. The price should be no more than $5.00. Any publication which gets reduced postal rates should be required to print information about this program at least twice yearly.
