Whereas most personal business conducted by average Americans requires a FICO score, and a favorable outcome is deetermined by said score, Americans should have access to said score once a year at no charge. Furthermore, in the case of erroneous information filed in a credit report, Americans should have a right to the corrected FICO score along with the corrected credit report at no charge.
