I believe that the credit reporting agencies should continue to provide a full credit report once a year but at no cost to the 'owner' of the record. While I am sure that they would argue that there is some cost in providing the reports, I am quite certain that they make plenty of money from their clients. Providing the information once a year offers an opportunity to correct any mistakes that might be on the report, and it seems strange to me that I should have to pay for that ability.
