Despite paying for credit reports I consider any fee too much. These companies make money from loan originators and they take no responisbility for bad data. All money and very little answerability - a very sweet deal. The loan originators pass the costs on to the borrower and these costs are much higher than $4 - $20! So someone is making a big, big, profit or several groups are in collusion to maximize profits. As an individual I believe their profit margins could well be too high, a reminder of the greed is good view of the world. This is an oligarchy so competition is stifled. This is not a healthy state so I would like to see the tourch of exposure shine in the darkness of credit reports. Many thanks for allowing online comment.
