Submission Text
As an unwilling victim of phone cramming - I think "fake" voice recordings. misdirection, and outright fraud to bill via any "voice" media is wrong. Do banks allow people to withdraw money on the basis of dubbed recordings? I think verification of non authorized words and information gleaned off of websites is NOT a valid declaration of "permission to purchase".. This practice can destroy the good name of a business as these crammers have turned people over to collection agencies all on a base of lies and deceptive practices - YOU cannot even say "yes" when asked if you are so-and so business as that yes is turned into consent to buy! Are you kidding?
