Submission Text
This has happened to me twice now. I called the company and told them I had never requested a fax line and they said it had been done while I was on another website. The agreed to credit the charges. I then called the phone company and they put a block on the company. The company then billed me again under a different name. This time I called the phone company and had a total block put on my number where no one can add anything to my bill but by comfirmation from myself. This was a 4 month period and if my daughter had not checked my bill, I would have never realized it.
