I was solicited by loopnet to advertise two buildings I own. I talked to there phone respresentative and told him I would only list for specific time period i.e. 90 days. He said no problem. They will be listed for 90 days only. He called me asking to renew them and I declined. Then I was charged several times in the following months on my charge card with large charges. Unknown to me that I was getting charged. As my secretary pays my bills.I didn't order there service again, obiviously there boiler room managers, salespeople,tin-man operation gets paid commission and lies and cheats and defrauds people out of there credit and money. Loopnet uses unfair business practices and gets away with it because there is no one local to deal with. They are on RIP-OFF REPORT.com for overbilling and recurring charges that are not authorized. Please have them change there practice about recurring charges because its to tempting for broiler room to charge your credit card because prior you gave them access to your confidential credit card number and take advantage of you.
