This will absolutely kill innovation on the internet. Many small developers, including myself, will just stop developing on the internet because the burden placed on us, and the risk we face will be far too great to warrant the work. Most big time companies came from small developers who struck upon a great idea and it took off. Therefore you are absolutely killing many future fantastic ideas that could change all of our lives by approving these changes. Please don't kill innovation.
