I think this will back fire drastically. Sites cannot comply with the proposal unless they collect more information on their users, or set up an age screen. Both of these ideas go against the spirit of privacy on the internet, and first amendment rights to privacy, as defined by the Supreme Court. I think the process we have in place right now is a good one, and that this proposal should not be passed. Thank you for you consideration. --Jonathan Holmes
