Submission Text
As a divorced parent, I created email accounts for both of my children in order to keep in touch with them, and they can keep in touch with me and their grandparents, aunts & uncles, and cousins. I created these accounts 4 years ago and both children use them regularly. They are supervised while they are using their email accounts and I have complete and total access to them. There needs to be provisions to continue to allow parents to be able to set up, control, and monitor such accounts without the Federal Government dictating what can and cannot done with my own children with regards to the internet and online email accounts.
