As a grandparent and former early childhood educator, I support any changes by the FTC to strengthen the implementation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA Rule), adopted in 2000 to create a safer online experience for children.
I support the FTC’s proposed changes that would provide important safeguards protecting children from the technologies and techniques that advertisers use to identify, track, and target children and youth online and on mobile devices.
