New rules should 1. Be applied to ALL children under the age of 18 2. Prevent tagging of images of children under 18 3. Prevent viewing of images of children under 18 by any other than those given specific named permision . 4. Prevent the collection of any location data 5. Prevent the sharing of any data with other providers, applications, etc 6. Require notification via email to parents when a child signs up for a service 7. Require a report to parents every three months of the child's activities on the service 8. Require that the parents being notified have full parental rites without any retraining orders 9. Do not allow download of any images with permission from parents 10. Prevent posting of children's names online by any organization, including sports and non-profits, with out parents specific permission and organizations should remove names within 3 months
