Senior citizen policy-makers at the FTC; Growing up over the past two decades, my life has been immeasurably enriched by the internet. Millions of American teenagers have been able to responsibly participate in society, in all the ways that computers allow, to a degree never before possible. Extending COPPA privacy restrictions to cover all teenagers will literally destroy an entire generation of online learning and participation, while sending children a lifelong message that they are to be seen and not heard. Please loosen COPPA privacy restrictions. Don't effectively censor the internet for Americans between the ages of 13 and 18.
