The correct definition should be: The Internet, including but not limited to email communication, web sites, usenet (newsgroups), online gaming, Instant Messaging, cell phone text messaging, wifi, and any such devices capable of accessing the Internet, including but not limited to cell phones, smartphones, televisions, computers, laptops, netbooks, the iPd and other touchscreen/tablet computers, gaming consoles (such as PS3/PS4, Wii, Xbox, etc), and MP3/MP4 players such as the iTouch, iPods, Zune, etc.
