While "average" incomes have risen in the US since the $25 threshhold was established, most US households have seen their incomes stagnate. With costs like health care taking a disproportionately bigger bite, small expenditures become even more significant to the average household. I would encourage the FTC to keep the current $25 threshhold. An increase is unnecessary and inappropriate.
