<hr><P><b>Comments:</b></p>The FTC should rescind it's 1966 Guidance on Statements Concerning Tar and Nicotine Yields. It has been proven that the test methods are not accurate and provide misleading information. The US Government and its agencies should take aggressive action to prevent the the next generation from becoming addicted to tobacco by the use of the nicotine delivery devices that are not being marketed and sold in this country, targeting the youth of our nation.</body></html>
