Submission Text
The FTC should make guidelines clearer for the consumer to understand that all drycleaning solvents are not the same. GreenEarth does not have a harmful effect on clothing as a perc or hydrocarbon. Also, the manufacturers should be required to state whether or not a black dye has been properly wash and dryed so that the drycleaners are not held responsible for the bleeding that continues to happen on garments that state to dryclean only.
