I want to request that Green Earth user Dry Cleaners be exempted from paying TCEK fee, since we already pay $2,500/per year as a license to Green Earth to be able to buy the Green Earth silicone and are also required to pay $2,500/per year to the Texas Environmental Commission (TCEQ), even though we are preserving the environment by using an Environmentally friendly solvent as Green Earth. It is also unacceptable that we the Green Earth user Dry cleaners pay the same TCEQ fee as the PERC users, plus it is very difficult to compete with PERC users when we care for the environment.
