The Dry Cleaning industry is paying a lot of claims because of insufficient information on the garments care labels. It is very hard to explain to the customer for the manufacture insufficient care labeling. And some customer try to return the item to the retail store the store clerk always say it is cleaners fault because they don't know anything about the care label and how it is process in the dry cleaning.
I strongly recommend FTC to please put garment care label rules in detail including how and which dry cleaning fluid can or cannot be use for the garment. Thank you
