I have been in the Drycleaning business all of my life 52 years and the care lable has always been a problem for our industry. The main problem is that most are not correct the garment industry puts anything they want on the garment wether it is right or wrong and we the drycleaner by the FTC has to obey the law. Now if the garment is ruined and we go by the care lable most stores blame it on the drycleaner. So we need care lables but the garment industry needs to be held responsible to what they put on them. Alot of them put DRYCLEAN ONLY so they can put the monkey on our backs.
