Submission Text
Its time that the consumer and the dry cleaner that services the garments for the consumer have a care label policy that makes sense to both parties. The way it seems to be now the manufacturer can use what ever care label he chooses (not necessary the one that serves the garment the best) but the one that puts any liability on some one else rather than take any responsibility. Granted that there are a lot of improperly trained dry cleaners but the garments that we are flooded with improper labels are 100's more prevelent. Thanks for asking.
