Comments:Please will the FTC consider implementing the following rule, to pre-empt SPAM sent to internet-enabled mobile phones: No unsolicited emails may be sent to an address of the form num@dom, where num is a 10-digit telephone number in the FTC Do Not Call Registry, and dom is the domain by which a wireless telephone operator provides service to that number. Fictitious Example: 2023681025@mMode.com. Domain mMode.com is used by Cingular, which serves 202-368-1025. 202-368-1025 is in the FTC Do Not Call Registry.
