This nonsense continues about once a week. I have complained to SpamCop many times. An ISP is now blocking access through the ISP to my on line banking by apparently IDing my mac address. I am attempting to locate that ISP and begin some kind of legal action. According to my ISP (Mediacom) the ISP blocking is ATT World Com. Attached file is an example.
