Request, if not already addressed, that the rules include that such business are not authorized to disseminate the e-mail address of party that wishes to opt out. Specifically, If I send an e-mail to opt-out, I don't want the recipient the ability to sell, give or otherwise disseminate my e-mail address to anyone. Thanks, A. R. Buschner
