Comments:
1) With technology available since 1995, an opt-out request should not take more than several milliseconds. Three days would be enough to opt-out and re-opt-in their entire mailing lists several times. After all, it only takes them a few milliseconds to ADD me to the list. SO: I am for the reduction in opt-out time. 2) Marketers should ABSOLUTELY be held responsible for emailing practices of their 'affiliates' or outsourcers. Else how could any of these rules be enforced? I've heard "It wasn't me!!" too many times..
